7. Take Breaks Frequently In warm weather, hiking nonstop is nearly impossible. Your body needs a few minutes to relax. You can chill down and let your body perspire by taking frequent rests.

Lay down, take off your backpack, and give your body the much-needed rest. To replenish your energy and keep you going for the following few hours, drink some water and eat some food.
