Cleaning does not only apply to your home, but also to your workplace or, in some situations, your work environment. Your office equipment contains a lot of germs that you wouldn’t believe, and if you think you spend more time at work than at home, you’ll understand why it’s necessary to keep it clean as well.

Smart Phone

We live in a technologically advanced society. Our cellphones are not only an important part of our lives, but also a part of our bodies, especially if we use them for business. It’s up to you how often you clean your gadget. However, the more frequently you clean it, the better protected you will be from germs and diseases. There are a few options. Pick one and get started right away!

To begin with, utilising any strong chemical is not the smartest idea. Phone cleaning kits are available in stores and online.
If you’re in a rush and need a quick fix, scotch tape is a good option. Dirt and obnoxious fingerprints will be removed.
You can also use an alcohol-free damp tissue to keep germs and bacteria at bay.

Computer screen

Because of the brightness, we often don’t realise how dirty our computer screens are. However, if you pay attention when you turn down your computer, you’ll see that you need to clean it as soon as possible. You should keep strong chemicals away from your device, as you should with many other electronic devices.

Cleaning kits specifically designed for monitors are constantly available. The kit includes a microfiber cloth that won’t scratch your screen and a dirt-removal solution.
If you want a more natural way to clean your monitor, combine equal parts white vinegar and distilled water in a small spray bottle. All you need now is a microfiber cloth to finish the job.
Just keep in mind that it’s always safer and better to clean your computer when it’s cool.

Clean Earbuds

When you need to focus or be isolated from others, your earplugs come in handy. But have you ever considered how harmful it could be if you don’t clean them properly? Earbuds can harbour bacteria and germs, thus they must be cleaned frequently. It’s also worth noting that sharing earbuds might spread microorganisms from person to person, potentially causing sickness.

You obviously can’t put them in the dishwasher or soak them in water. Combine dishwashing detergent and water in a mixing bowl. Apply a small amount of the mixture on a soft cloth. If you use too much of the combination, your earbuds may be damaged.
Clean your earbuds individually if they have removable silicone covers.
Only clean them when they are no longer connected to any device.

Keyboard

The majority of individuals fail to notice their keyboard. This is because they have no idea how filthy it can get. Your keyboard, in fact, is filthier than your toilet. Remember to clean your keyboard on a regular basis to avoid this. But first, turn off your computer and unplug the power cord. If you can unplug the keyboard, you can clean it that way; if not, there are other options. To get rid of any large dust or food clumps, turn it upside down. You may clean rid of any trash from around and under the keys by using a little vacuum. Never apply any type of fluid directly to the keyboard. Wipe your keyboard with a dampened towel soaked in cleaning fluid. When you’re done, dry it with a second cloth.
